Sfax in black and white as you have never seen, by artist Mounir Ben Hadj Khelifa

Photography as a memory, but also as a trace of the history of a region, of a people rich in its mixtures of cultures. The region of Sfax, like the whole country, is full of archaeological treasures. Report

To discover the otherwise Sfax 2016 region within the framework of the activities of the Palace of Photography of Sfax decided to show these vestiges to the general public by creating an event of magnitude. 6 artists have traveled the same sites and proposed together a delicate palette, sometimes surprising but complementary, of the patrimonial places of Sfax.

For this first report, we discover Sfax with eyes and sensitivity Mounir Ben Hadj Khalifa. Originally from Msaken, the reporter who crunches the happiness of life. Through his treatment in black and white, the artist seeks emotional purity, whether in attitudes or faces, in landscapes or monuments.
