The house specialty is, among others, grilled chicken half with lemon but the card also has pizza and sandwiches for snacks. The plates are large and this restaurant for those new Tunisian gastronomy good value for money. And Houmt souk, this is already a size argument! For those who already know the gastronomy of the country, the flavors are a bit of finesse, semolina couscous is not homemade (and for me that’s sacrilege!) And Egg brik be worth much less cooked.
However, this restaurant is always full from morning to evening: mostly Jerban, regulars and a few tourists. Prices are low: 5DT couscous fish 8DT the royal couscous, 5DT the mloukhihia …
