Sarah Ben Achour: The Cottoncake concept revolves around three main areas: the coffee shop, the restaurant and the art store. Our goal is to become a showcase for Tunisian creativity and a place to make and have fun

What are the main artisans and creators you exhibit?

Cottoncake offers young talents (visual artists, designers, fashion designers, artisans) the opportunity to exhibit their creations or their production.

Cottoncake would also be a gourmet address?

Cottoncake offers a wide range of hamburgers, salads, sandwiches as well as cakes such as mocha, tiramisu, nougatine bomb, caramel, chocolate mousse, meringue and whipped cream. A family cake of which few have the secret. We also offer “cheesecake” … We also offer a dish of the day prepared at home. They are traditional recipes inspired by the Tunisian culinary heritage.

Who is in the kitchen and in the service?

Ourselves ! The reception and the service are made by the owners of the place. The service is in self-service mode. On Saturday, Cottoncake offers breakfasts and stays open until late in the evening, as on other days of the week.

What kind of welcome does the clientele have at this place that mixes the shop with the restaurant and the tea room with a showroom of creators?
The guests seem to appreciate the welcome and the service. Frankly, she finds the concept unprecedented. The comments on the social networks are very favorable.
