The concept of Koshari Avenue is the “street egyptian food”. Lover of Tunisia, Ahmed Abdallah is the owner. Discreet, he is difficult to get to and finally confessed that he suffered a bit to offer his trade between paperwork, authorizations, etc.

When he is tickled a little, Abdelah Ahmed is surprised by the disdain that Tunisia has for tourism. He explained: “How can you have places like Korbous, Haouria, Kelibia and places as little as inaccessible? How can you have the 4 th best beach in the world and not put a highway to get there in 40 minutes alone? That in this region, there are no hotels, restaurants, …. ”

The caterer believes that customers of this region of the world are good customers. They spend a lot of money, are not fussy at the expense and buy a lot of gifts. This is a deal that Tunisia should invest and prospect.

Meanwhile, the Koshari Avenue grows and is also catering. Ahmed Abdelah think to open another oriental cuisine restaurant.
