“Organic Cactus Seed Oil – Origin Tunisia” is the name of a program for the valorisation of Tunisian organic prickly pear oil. Spearheading Tunisia’s newest Tunisian cosmetic, this sector, after making its show with professionals in Tunisia and abroad, is exposed in Tunis, at the Tunisia Mall – Les Berges du Lac 2 from 15 to September 30, 2017 for a meeting with consumers.
As part of the enhancement of its agricultural heritage, Tunisia is focusing on the production and promotion of organic prickly pear oil. After extending its wings to professionals in Tunisia and abroad, “Organic Cactus Seed Oil” is now aimed at Tunisian consumers through a demonstration to be held at the “Tunisia Mall” shopping mall from 15 to 30 September 2017 .
The objective of the event is to present on a stand of 27 m2, the Tunisian brands of oil of organic prickly pear tree and their ranges of products that is constantly developing: oil, creams, serums, soaps …

Launched by the Directorate General of Organic Agriculture at the Ministry of Agriculture, Hydraulic Resources and Fisheries, in collaboration with Tunisian companies in the organic cosmetics sector, the program of valorization of this product is carried and supported by the Project (PAMPAT), implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and financed by the State Secretariat for the Economy of the Swiss Confederation (SECO ).
