The Tunisian Association of Culinary Professionals (ATPAC) and several local partners are organizing culinary meetings on 12 and 13 May 2017 at the Fort of Hammamet. Entitled “Les mets de mai”, these meetings aim to revive and renew the dishes of “Mayou”.
The public has a rendezvous in the Medina of Hammamet and in the famous Villa Sebastien to discover and taste dishes as typical and particular as the Ojja Mayou of Nabeul, the Marka Hloua, the famous couscous Mayou of Hammamet, the Krabiz of Tamezret, the Mermez with green wheat, Tbikha de Zammour, couscous Seffa de Tozeur …
The event will unfold around cookery workshops, a cookingshow, entertainment, exhibitions, presentations, shows and exceptional visits will be on the agenda …
