The menus are constantly renewed since essentially based on seasonal products. The rolls are made according to tradition (kneaded and baked) in old furnaces of the old town.

The menu offers menus updated many times a year. Dar Abderrahman Zarrouk  is open for breakfast time and midday and evening meals.

The place is also a cultural space with an art gallery, various rooms and a beautiful patio for business meetings, private parties, receptions and other events.
