In the evening it leaves its doors open; perhaps to let away the smoke that part of the customer draws from his cigarette, accompanying a few beers. But beyond this first midwater impression , a working wood decor and subdued colors reveals the talent and taste which are capable Tunisian architects and decorators.

It’s a swank restaurant that breathes without the will to serve well-prepared dishes to its diners, tasty and delicious cuisine as “lamb Mösli” I’m not ready to forget the beauty, bouquet and flavors. Enough anyway, to make me repeat the visit one day .
Until Tunisian chefs and caterers  discover the virtues of constancy, culinary and gastronomic Tunisia will open as an inexhaustible universe that will attract all at once, the curious gourmands, gourmets, gastronomes and wine experts from whole world.

No, the gastronomic and tourism oeonologique is not a dream in Tunisia … but there is still a long way from the cup and the lip.
