The Italian ice cream has no secrets for Jamel, who, after a few training courses and many formations in Italy has finally emerged as the best glacier in Tunisia.

At Jamel’s we love scabies, sorbets, vacherins, cornets … Chocolate is king and we find it in all its forms: Nutella, Mars, dark chocolate, milk, Bacio, After Eight, orange chocolate … vanilla ice cream, pistachio, almond hazelnut or other dried fruit are really delicious.

“Il Gelato” also innovates with a selection of verrines and other bombs and icy mouths. So many ideas for buffets, receptions and evenings with friends or family.
