It offers local cheese, typical Tunisian dishes … but also makes a small tour through the North of France, his country of origin, to propose a bone to the marrow, a cassolette … Interview with The lucky owner of the place to find out more. Dominique François: A space for relaxation and tasting reserved for adults only. While the rest of the villa remains family, we allow adults to have in some sort their “bubble”. It is then, a place of their own when they desire it
Where is the Lounge?
The space is on the floor of Villa Zembra, with a 180 ° panoramic view. The view of the sea is impregnable. The eyes can only be dazzled by the beauty of the Zembra islands and Djbel Haouaria.
The Lounge is transparent. It is bright and warm thanks to large bay windows and an open fireplace. The music of the world and reading accompany the few delicacies proposed during the relaxation time.
In the morning, apart from the now well-known Villa Zembra breakfast, we propose a more “soft” and more Parisian breakfast around homemade pastries. During the day, our Lounge is dedicated to “cocconing” and relaxation. The team of Villa Zembra and I are attentive to the needs of our customers as usual.
What place is there for Tunisia and its typical products and terroir then in the Kemia Zembra Lounge?
At the beginning of the evening, we give place to the promotion of local products in a Kemia Zembra Lounge atmosphere.
Epicurien, I am mainly oriented towards the tasting of Tunisian grape varieties. These are still very little known to Tunisians and foreigners. We have tried to draw up a map representative of the best vineyards in Tunisia and ensure that Villa Zembra contributes to the promotion of the Circuit of the Wine Route of Cap Bon, officially inaugurated a few months ago.
To accompany our oenological tastings, we also offer high quality Tunisian cheese boards. These products are also little known to each other! We also offer “hallal” and Italian delicatessens, not to mention the classic and revisited “kemias”.
We also offer some cassolettes, raclette, Moelle bones, roasted camembert … As a “ch’ti” in Haouria, I have to make a minimum! Finally, the quality and varieties of bread are also important. Our service is neat, pleasant and fluid ….

That of spending a very nice moment between friends, with family or in love! There is something for you to combine, according to your tastes, an excellent plate for an aperitif dinner in a unique setting.
