The Legatum Prosperity Index is based on the measurement of eight key factors, namely the economy, entrepreneurship, governance, education, health, safety and security, personal freedom and social capital. The highest ranking is obtained for Tunisia in Entrepreneurship (53th) while the worst ranking respect personal freedom (123rd).
For other sub-indices, Tunisia was ranked 69th in economics, 67th in governance, 75th in education, 68th in health, safety and security 73rd and 122nd in the capital.
According to the prosperity index of LI, which covers 96% of the world population, Norway is the most prosperous country in the world while the Republic Of Central Africa holds the last position of the ranking.
