The atmosphere of Bô’M is friendly, the decor comes in a harmonious palette of green, ocher and raw that gives the whole place a pleasant feeling of fullness and everything is bathed in a beautiful light. The restaurant also has a small terrace and an area with lawn for Sunday brunch welcomes two facilitators and inflatables for children.
Side dish, fresh seasonal products are featured. The card is voluntarily restricted and revolves around a noon menu 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts which changes every two days. Completely inspired by fruits, vegetables, fish and meat from Tunisia, Bo’M cuisine is inventive, balanced, tasty and unique.
For the owner and manager of the place herself, chef graduate of the Institut Bocuse in Lyon, the approach is to re-discover the products of the market and work with passion their flavors to sublimate! A tempting approach and a palpable passion that needs to always question and reinvent the classics.
