On the 7, 8 and 9 October 2016 there will be held in Nabeul “Day of Harissa and Pepper” for the second edition. The festival is designed by the Tunisian Association of Culinary Arts Professionals and Saving Association of the city of Nabeul.

The program of the festival consists of workshops to explore the different recipes of Harissa, in the regions of Tunisia, a food tasting at “cooking shows” animated by large Tunisian and international leaders, a “Harissa Tour “during which participants will visit the producers of chilies and spices, manufacturers of artisanal and industrial Harissa, shopkeepers and restaurateurs …

harissa1During this important meeting, a sale-exhibition and conferences will be organized about Harissa several great chefs from several countries including Italy, Croatia, Hungary and Serbia will attend and present hot sauces originating from their countries.

Suffice to say that this appointment will certainly be spicy!
